If you have a hot tub with a cracked manifold that has 7-10 ports, and the 3/4” lines to the jets are still long enough after they have been cut from the old manifold, then our basic hot tub manifold repair kit might be just what you need. The manifold is responsible for ensuring that each jet receives equal pressure from the two-inch flex hose that connects to the manifold section in a spa, which comes from the pump pressure side. Sometimes, manifolds can crack due to freezing, but repairing them can be easy with our manifold repair kits. We offer different sizes of kits to suit your needs.
Whats included:
- 1 x Manifold with 2" slip by closed end and 6 x 3/4" barbed ports
- 1 x Manifold with 2" slip x 2" spigot ends and 4 x 3/4" barbed ports
- 1 x 2" x 1ft flex hose
- 1 x 2" slip x slip coupling
- 1 x 1/4 Pint 747 Pool R Spa Glue
Good to know
The glued together total length of the two manifolds, 2" flex hose and slip coupling measure about 23". If the cracked hot tub manifold in your spa has less than 10 ports but more than 6 ports, then purchase the number of 3/4" manifold plugs required to plug the ports as needed. The one foot section of two inch flex hose included in this kit can be cut to the length needed if it's too long.
