This Aqua-Flo Flo-Master by Gecko pump wet end rebuild kit is very specific and will only fit a very limited specific Aqua-Flo XP2e pumps, some of these pumps will be labeled 3.0HP and Some 4.0HP. The pump will need to be disassembled to verify which impeller is inside and match the replacement with the same replacement.
Kit includes:
- 3.0HP XP2e impeller, part # 91695317 (Special, replaces part 91695310),
- Impeller wear ring, part # 92830081 (Special),
- Viton shaft seal 3867CL200CV, part # 92500150,
- Volute face plate o-ring, part # 92200301,
- Parts for current generation pumps 2012 or newer,
Optional: add 2 bearings for the electric motor.
The Aqua-Flo XP2e impeller 91695310 is very different then all the other XP2e impellers with it's own wear ring that only fits this impeller and no others in the XP2e series pumps. Pumps with this impeller are not identified with different part numbers and are typically labeled as 3.0HP or 4.0HP and therefore the pump should be disassembled to identify the impeller and replace it with the same in order to ensure the replacement fits.
