Artesian Spas Platinum Waterfall Pillow 26-0220-85 is designed for the Platinum series Elite models that have a seat with the waterfall feature in the headrest area. This headrest has and elongated hole in the centre for the water fall and three pins on the back that securely attach the pillow to the spa.
