This Balboa BP7 control system is a compatible replacement for the BP501x used in many Canadian Spas models from 2014 and newer. This Balboa BP7 has the 5.5KW heater and can be programmed to manage up to 3 pumps plus a dedicated circulation pump.

2014 + 1 Pump models (Factory Set):
- Yukon, Quebec, Montreal, Halifax, Calgary, Kelowna, Winnipeg, Cambridge, Ottawa and Toronto with 4.0KW heater
2014+ 2 Pump Models (Programming Required):
- Toronto SE, Thunder Bay, Victoria, Alberta and Kinston with 4.0KW heater
2014 + 3 Pumps or 2 pumps plus air blower model (Programming Required):
- Niagara, Niagara Falls, 13ft St. Lawrence Swim Spa, 20ft St. Lawrence Swim Spa with 4.0KW heater
Important.
This BP7 can be set to manage up to 3 pumps, the default setting from the factory is for 1 - 2 speed pump. It will need to be programmed from the topside control panel once installed to manage the correct number of pumps if your hot tub has more than 1 - 2 speed pump. Factory configured for 220 - 240 volts 60HZ, can be configured for 120 volts 60HZ.

For further information, please refer to our return policy. All Balboa products come with the original manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty Coverage: Balboa VS packs/bundles and BP series packs/bundles come with a twelve (12) months limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase that covers defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if these parts are damaged due to improper installation or use or if the damage is from exposure to water or electrical power surges. The warranty does not cover any labour charges, the cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other possible damages. Not suitable for salt water applications, voids warranty.
IMPORTANT. Terminal block screws need to be tightened to torque to the specs listed on the inside cover of the pack. Failure to tighten properly can cause heat/resistance arc burn damage to the circuit board. The manufacturer will not honour the limited product warranty if these connection points are burned.
