It's important to match the old to new board part number as well as the chip number, do not order based on looks as the boards may look the same but can have different firmware on the control chips.

Product update: As of Sept, 2020 this board can now only run pump #2 on 1 speed even though all the Balboa configuration documents show the option to set the #2 pump for 2 speeds.

Returns:

Hot Tub circuit boards cannot be returned as they cannot be resold. All replacement circuit boards available for purchase are factory-new, factory-tested, and have never been installed before. For further information, please refer to our return policy. Additionally, all circuit boards come with the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty Coverage: Electronic circuit boards come with a six (6) months limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if these parts are damaged due to improper installation or use or if the damage is from exposure to water or electrical power surges. The warranty does not cover any labour charges, the cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other possible damages.

IMPORTANT. Heater and terminal block screws need to be tightened to the torque specs listed on the inside cover of the pack or on the circuit board. Failure to tighten properly can cause heat/resistance arc burn damage to the circuit board. The manufacturer will not honour the limited product warranty if these connection points are burned.
