Praher multi-piece knife valve, 1-1/2" barb fitting x 1-1/2" male pipe thread.

This multi-Piece knife valve for hot tub and pool plumbing is serviceable. Once glued in, the valve body, gaskets and 4 bolts can be replaced without having to cut the pieces out. Unlike a uni-body knife valve that cannot be serviced once they start leaking, the valve body, safety clip, gaskets and bolt set can be purchased separately for this knife valve.
The Male pipe threads are not compatible with the threads on pumps or pump unions, the size is different and the threads are finer. Only compatible with FPT fittings. The 1-1/2" barb fits inside pipe with 1-1/2" inside dimension.
