Product Note.
The foot print of the LX pump is the same as the Waterway brand 3HP pump but the wet end on the LX pump is smaller in diameter. If replacing a Waterway Executive 56 pump with an LX WUA300 the plumbing unions will not directly align, the LX pumps discharge threads are about 3/4" lower and the intake threads are about 1/2" lower when measured from the base up vertically.
