Maytronics robotic pool cleaners purchased from Pool and Hot Tub Depot come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty which varies based on the model, see owners manual for details. Pool and Hot Tub Depot as a retail company does not provide any warranty for the manufacturers who's products we sell and assumes no liability for any injury, loss or damage from the improper use or malfunction of any part we sell.

Pool and Hot Tub Depot is an authorized Maytronics retailer for both the Dolphin online series and the exclusive in store series.

All warranty claims require a WEA (Warranty Evaluation Authorization). To request a WEA for warranty service for your Maytronics pool cleaner purchased from us submit the requested below and include your unit serial number and purchase order number and we'll look forward to helping you. Warranty does not cover shipping cost.
