Most products purchased at Pool and Hot Tub Depot come with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manufacturer's limited warranty. Pool and Hot Tub Depot will honour the original manufacturer's limited warranty, terms and conditions on the OEM products it sells. As a retail company, Pool and Hot Tub Depot does not provide any warranty for the manufacturers whose products we sell and assumes no liability for any costs, injury, loss of any kind or damage resulting from improper use, damage from installation error or malfunction of any products we sell. Pool & Hot Tub Depot's role in any manufacturers warranty claim is strictly limited to the replacement of verified defective part(s) as set forth by the manufacturer's limited warranty terms and conditions for the applicable product. Manufacturers limited product warranties do not cover any shipping costs.
All OEM warranty requests require a WEA (Warranty Evaluation Authorization). Please submit a warranty request below.
Warranty Procedure Options:
1. Ship the defective part back to Pool and Hot Tub Depot with WEA form.
- Upon receipt of the defective part and warranty coverage approval, a replacement part will leave the warehouse* within 2 business days for in stock, non-special order parts.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returning the defective part if the item was received more than 30 days ago
- Parts that are damaged, missing labels, serial numbers not legible, incorrectly wired, 115 volt parts hooked up to 240 volts, have cut cords-wires or cables do not qualify for warranty coverage.
2. If desired, a replacement part can be purchased in advance
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returning the defective part if the item was received more than 30 days ago
- Upon return of the defective part and warranty coverage approval, the replacement part purchased will be refunded within 2 business days.
- Parts that are damaged, missing labels, serial numbers not legible on labels, incorrectly wired, 115 volt parts hooked up to 240 volts, have cut cords-wires or cables do not qualify for warranty coverage.
Important Note:
* We will examine the product you send to our facility for warranty eligibility as per the requirements of the manufacturer. We will confirm date of original sale, product date codes and serial number, chemical or physical damage, and evidence of unreasonable use. Parts with physical damage, galvanic corrosion from salt water systems, illegible serial and part number, used in applications other than what they are designed for, altered or missing any original components are not considered warrantable. The final determination as to if the product is warrantable will be made by the manufacturer or by Pool and Hot Tub Depot as the manufacturer's agent.
