Since 2012, Pool & Hot Tub Depot has been Canada's trusted source for hot tub supplies, replacement parts, and filters, built on several decades of hands-on retail and service experience across Ontario.

What started as a local technical support resource grew quickly into a coast-to-coast online operation. By 2017, we had become Canada's leading online retailer of hot tub parts and supplies, and we've never stopped raising the bar.

Our Facilities

We stock and ship over 98% of our products directly from our own warehouse, with only a small number fulfilled from other Canadian locations. Our head office and Eastern Canada shipping depot is based in London, Ontario, where online orders can be picked up or browsed in person when you need to match a part.

Our London depot runs on highly automated digital systems designed for speed and efficiency, keeping our operating costs low. Combined with our high-volume purchasing power, those savings flow directly to you. That's a key reason why our prices are consistently lower than traditional retail, you're buying direct, without the overhead.

Our Products

Every product we carry is a genuine, brand-name item sourced directly from manufacturers or their authorized Canadian distributors. That means your purchase comes with a valid Canadian warranty, which matters more than you might think. For heavy, expensive items like pumps, warranty service through us is far simpler and more cost-effective than shipping directly to the manufacturer in another country. We handle the hard part so you don't have to.

Corporate Citizenship

At Pool & Hot Tub Depot, being a good corporate citizen isn't a trend, it's how we've always operated.

We've been committed to waste reduction and conservation long before "carbon footprint" became a household term. Today, 100% of our cardboard and shipping pallets are recycled or reused. We've cut paper consumption by over 90% and operate a near-paperless office, any remaining paper is recycled or shredded for use as packaging material. We also run a metal recycling program, with proceeds donated back to the community.

Energy efficiency is a priority both in our workplace and across the pool and hot tub product lines we carry. And because the internet has made us all neighbours, we take seriously our responsibility to give back to our community and to the planet we share.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We believe that a successful business has a responsibility to give back and for us, that starts close to home.

Each year, Pool & Hot Tub Depot donates a portion of our profits to the London Food Bank, supporting families and individuals in our community who are facing food insecurity. The London Food Bank serves over 5,000 households and 15,000 individuals every month, and supports more than 25 local groups and agencies across the region.

It's a small way of saying that behind every order we fulfill, there's a team of people who care about the community they're part of.
