General Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturer Limited Warranty: Most products sold by Pool & Hot Tub Depot are covered solely by the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) limited warranty.
- Warranty Registration: To ensure your product is covered, please register your item as outlined in the owner’s manual provided with your purchase.
- Dealer Notice: As an authorized dealer, Pool & Hot Tub Depot does not offer additional, independent warranties (express or implied) beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Warranty Claim
Hot Tub Equipment & Products
All hot tub products warranty claims require a Warranty Evaluation Authorization (WEA) prior to processing. To initiate a claim, please submit a formal request using the button at the bottom if this page below:
Evaluation & Verification Process
Once an item is received at our facility for review, Pool & Hot Tub Depot (or the manufacturer) will inspect it to determine warranty eligibility. Verification checks include:
- Confirmation of the original purchase date.
- Verification of date codes and serial numbers.
- Inspection for physical damage, chemical exposure, or misuse.
Warranty Exclusions
A product will be deemed ineligible for warranty coverage if it exhibits any of the following conditions:
- Physical Damage or Alterations: Structural damage or unapproved modifications.
- Corrosion: Galvanic corrosion (including damage caused by salt water systems).
- Missing Details: Missing, altered, or illegible serial or part numbers.
- Misuse: Evidence of use outside the product's intended design, specifications, or reasonable care.
- Missing Components: Incomplete returns missing original parts.
Terms of Repair & Replacement
- Parts-Only Coverage: OEM limited warranties cover parts only. If a defect is confirmed, the part will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable model at the manufacturer’s discretion.
- Warranty Balance: Replacement parts or products carry only the remaining balance of the original purchase's warranty period (the warranty period does not reset or extend).
- Labor & Shipping Costs: The purchaser is solely responsible for all labor costs (diagnostics, removal, installation) and shipping charges to and from the service center.
- No Refunds or Exchanges: Replacement items provided under warranty are final. They cannot be returned for a cash refund, exchanged, or converted into store credit.
Final Determination
The final, binding decision regarding warranty coverage eligibility rests entirely with the manufacturer (in accordance with their terms) or with Pool & Hot Tub Depot when acting as the manufacturer’s authorized agent.
