Lost or Damaged Shipment

We want you to get your product as quickly as possible

If you have not received your order, but your tracking number indicates that it has been delivered more than 24 hours ago;
please contact us with your order number. We'll file and handle the claim with the courier.
(Some orders may ship in multiple boxes, and they may be delivered a day or two apart.)

Lost Package Resolution in 3 Simple Steps:

  1. Double-check your community mail box (Couriers can leave parcels in the community mail box and occasionally leave items in hidden locations to prevent them from being stolen or damaged by weather. Take a look around to make sure that the package was not left somewhere close by. )
  2. Reach out to us to start a claim. The courier will also reach out to you (Please ensure to respond to them to confirm the claim)
  3. Get your replacement (A replacement is processed for you)

Quick solutions for unpredictable situations

In the rare event that your product is delivered damaged, please let us know within two (2) days so we can process the claim with the carrier. Please do not attempt to install or use a damaged product and settle for less than what you paid for.

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

  • Products must be in the original packaging for return shipping and inspection (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).
